When IKKI is not the best choice

  • The company bills under R$ 5 million a year and has fewer than 10 employees. An entry-level SaaS tends to cost less and cover the need well.
  • A very complex multinational industrial operation, with more than 10,000 employees, that requires a platform already established globally. A traditional enterprise ERP has more muscle and a larger installed base of cases in that profile.
  • All you need is to issue invoices and track payables and receivables, with no BI, no consulting and no advanced tax rules. Any off-the-shelf SaaS solves that for less.

When IKKI wins by a mile

  • A company between R$ 10 million and R$ 6 billion in revenue, with 20 to 10,000 employees, that needs to grow without being held hostage by expensive licenses and partners.
  • There is a need for consulting built into the project, not just software, to reorganize processes during the implementation.
  • Native BI, tax compliance updated daily and a realistic implementation window are required: 60 to 240 days depending on size.
  • A multi-branch operation that needs a consolidated real-time view and integration with marketplaces, banks and legacy systems.
